Job description

Our platform is designed for video creators and small & medium-sized businesses who want to succeed on social media. With over 35 million downloads from 196 countries we're going to revolutionize the video creation industry. As a Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the Zoomerang product by implementing effective marketing strategies with a focus on growth, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while ensuring data-driven decision-making. You must be adept at balancing creative marketing strategies with analytical accuracy, constantly testing and iterating to drive the product's growth and market share.


  • Proven Product Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in product marketing roles, preferably with a focus on growth. Track record of successful campaign management and user acquisition.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from user data and market trends. Proficiency in using analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with product development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals. Proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities for product and brand enhancement.


  • Work closely with product teams to understand the product roadmap and features. Provide feedback from a market perspective to help shape the product development process, aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new users to the product. This involves identifying target markets, understanding customer personas, and using various marketing channels (such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM) to reach potential users.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adjust) to track user behavior and campaign performance. Use insights from this data to optimize marketing strategies and improve user acquisition and retention rates.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates. This includes optimizing landing pages, improving onboarding processes, and refining call-to-action elements.
  • Develop initiatives to retain existing users, including loyalty programs, personalized communication, and feature updates. Analyze user churn and devise strategies to reduce it.
  • Regularly conduct A/B tests on marketing campaigns, product features, and user experiences to continually improve performance and user engagement.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging content that supports growth objectives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across different channels and campaigns like Facebook, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Search Ads.
  • Create a community around the product by interacting with consumers on forums, social media, and other channels in order to elicit feedback and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs.
