These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumera AI: Video & Photo Gen mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Zoomerang, Inc. (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.


1. License to Use the Application

The Service Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Application on any device that you own or control.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of any changes.
