It’s not really a vent but it kinda is. I’m a very healthy person. I eat the amount I should, I drink enough water, I move around enough, I’m social, and I like taking care of myself. I just can’t get over my weight. My mental health also changes the way I see myself by making me assume everyone sees only flaws in me and my body has become a big insecurity of mine.
