ok so on roblox her display name is Heather and she has like a wand attached to her avatar don't friend her if she asks because I did and I unfriended her and she was still following me and she starting saying things like :Friend me and I'll leave you alone: actually creepy guys! look out for her, I reported her, but it didn't do anything.
